Nokia N96
This is the latest phone in the Nseries from nokia. It was revealed by nokia during the beginning of the year 2008. It has dual sliding facility similar to nokia n95 . It has a excellent 5 Mega-pixel camera with carl zeiss lenses and also a built in flash. It also has gaming keys on the side for N-gage games. It has symbian S60 3rd edition of OS. The screen size is 2.8“ QVGA. It is quadband GSM(850/900/1900/1800) phone and dual band WCDMA(900/2100Mhz) which makes it world phone. It has digital TV receiver for online TV. It also has WIFI receiver which can be used to connect to wireless internet on the phone. Just like the Nokia N95 it comes with a built in GPS receiver and nokia maps 2.0 program preloaded. The phone has built in memory of whopping 16GB and comes with a microSD slot which can be extended to 2GB. It should be around 700-800$ when it comes in the market. The black one is the 8GB version and the Silver one is 4GB version. It comes with a big 2.8 inch QVGA screen( for the black) and 2.6 inch( for the silver) which is excellent to watch videos and use the GPS system. Yes it has a built in GPA receiver and can be used as a GPS system while you are driving. It has a good 5 megapixel camera with flash and is able to do video recording. It also has a built in FM radio and Wifi facility. The wifi facility allows to use internet on the phone. It is a quadband(850/900/1800/1900MHZ) GSM phone so can be used in any part of the world. Nokia E90 is the latest in the Communicator series from nokia. It has symbian S60 operating system just like other nokia phones. It is good for professional who have to do lot of office work on the fly. From the front view it looks similar to other 9000 series of communicators from nokia. The keyboard is very good and has a d-pad on it.It has a mini USB port and a 2.5 mm headset jack. On the back side there is a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus facility and integrated flash. The qwerty key board is sometimes quite difficult to use, tough the phone can open as if like a laptop. The keyboard layout is similar to a regular computer keyboard. The nokia N81 is for the people who like music and games. It has a music store facility and N-gage gaming section in it. It comes in two versions 4GB and 8GB. It has good sliding facility and comes with Symbian S60 operating system. It has builtin wifi to access wireless internet and Bluetooth v2.0. it has hot swappable micro SD slot for memory though it comes with 4 and 8GB. The screen is 2.4“ QVGA and a 2 megapixel camera on the back. It also comes with builtin FM radio. It comes with a Navi-wheel for faster scrolling between different options. It is a good world phone with quadband GSM and WCDMA feature. One thing not quite good is the camera, the result is not that good.
