Company website cost in Egypt 2026: real numbers and what you pay for

Ask five providers for the price of a company website in Egypt and you get five numbers between EGP 2,000 and 120,000 for the same five pages. This guide explains why that gap exists, what really moves the price, and what a company that sells to companies needs without paying for things it will never use.

By Khaled Alhussein, founder of Webdazzle. Figures come from the published 2026 price pages of Egyptian design agencies and from our work with 18+ companies since 2020. Updated every quarter.

The market is not transparent: many agencies price by what they sense the client can pay, and freelancers price to win the deal rather than for the size of the work. That is how the same site is quoted at 15,000 by one and 120,000 by another. What actually moves the price is the five things below.

The five things that raise a company website's price

1. Number of pages

Every extra page needs design, writing and a phone review. A sensible company site needs 5 to 8 pages: home, about, services or products, work or clients, team or certificates, contact. More than that is rarely needed at the start.

2. The second language

An Arabic and English site is not a translation. The whole direction flips, the fonts change, and the English has to be written on its own so it does not read translated. Most agencies add 30% to 50% for the second language. If you sell to companies or to suppliers outside Egypt, the second language is not a luxury.

3. Who writes the words

The biggest cause of delay on any website: "send us the content". Nine out of ten companies have no text ready. If a cheap price assumes you will write, the site will be months late or will launch with weak words. Writing with you is part of the work and should be inside the price.

4. Design on your identity or a template

A template is cheaper and faster, and it looks like a template. Design on the company's identity (its colours, fonts and logo) is what makes the site look like yours. The price difference is reasonable when the studio has tools for the repetitive work.

5. Integrations

Payment gateways, shipping companies, inventory, customer logins. This is what moves a site from 20,000 to 80,000. A company information site does not need it. An online store does.

Costs that repeat every year

  • Domain (.com): EGP 600 – 1,200 a year.
  • Hosting: EGP 1,500 – 8,000 a year depending on size.
  • Maintenance and updates: EGP 3,000 – 12,000 a year at most agencies.
  • Security certificate (https): free at serious providers; some still charge for it.

Ask before you sign: whose name is the domain in? If it is in the design company's name, you do not own your website. And what does next year's renewal cost? Many discount the first year and raise it afterwards.

What a company that sells to companies really needs

If your company sells to other companies (a factory, a supplier, a contractor, medical supplies, consulting, distribution), the buyer opens your website before answering your email, and the tender committee visits it before opening your file. What you need:

  • An "about" page that states your real size: founding year, staff count, clients by name, certificates.
  • Services or products with real photos, not stock.
  • Arabic and English, because the buyer at the bank or the large company reads both.
  • Clear contact details and a working WhatsApp button, and a site that opens fast on a phone.
  • A presence on Google when someone types your company name or your field.

What you do not need: a store, customer logins, a blog from day one, heavy animation that slows the site.

Our price and why it is fixed. Our company website is EGP 15,000: up to 8 pages in Arabic and English, words written with you, Google-ready, in 14 working days, domain in your name. 7,500 to start and 7,500 on delivery. From year two, hosting and light care are EGP 2,400. If you need the profile too, the Tender-Ready package holds the website, the profile and the first month of content for EGP 22,000. The price is fixed because the repetitive work is done by tools we built for ourselves, so the time goes to design and words.

Questions we get a lot

How much is a small company website in Egypt?

A 5–8-page information site in one language: EGP 8,000 to 20,000 at small agencies. Two languages with written content: 15,000 to 45,000. Ours: 15,000, fixed.

Why are there EGP 2,000 websites?

A ready template, one language, you write the words, no support after delivery. It looks like that to the buyer.

Does Arabic plus English cost double?

At most agencies it adds 30% to 50% because the direction flips and the words are written twice. With us both languages are inside the 15,000.

What costs repeat every year?

Domain 600 to 1,200, hosting 1,500 to 8,000, maintenance 3,000 to 12,000. With us hosting and light care are 2,400 a year from year two.

How long does a website take?

3 to 5 weeks at most agencies, two months at the big ones. With us 14 working days, because the repetitive work is done by tools we built.

Do I pay everything up front?

No. Half to start and half on delivery is the norm, and it is what we do.
